Accolink is a platform that connects travellers with guesthouse owners across Botswana. We act as a marketplace and are not a party to any booking agreement between guests and property owners.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Users must be at least 18 years old to register. You may not create accounts for others without their permission.
Accolink facilitates contact between guests and hosts via WhatsApp and phone. The booking agreement is directly between the guest and the property owner. Accolink is not responsible for any booking disputes, cancellations, or issues with the stay itself.
Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experiences. We prohibit fake reviews, incentivised reviews, and defamatory content. Accolink reserves the right to remove reviews that violate these guidelines.
The Accolink name, logo, and platform design are owned by Accolink. By uploading photos to your listing, you grant Accolink a non-exclusive licence to display those images on the platform.
Accolink provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties about the accuracy of listings or the quality of stays. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Botswana law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Botswana. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Botswana.
