For Guests

How do I find a guesthouse?
Browse listings on the homepage and use the search bar to filter by city, price range, or guesthouse name. Click any card to view full details, photos, amenities, and contact options.
How do I book a stay?
Accolink connects you directly with property owners. Open a listing and tap Contact via WhatsApp or Call. Agree on dates, pricing, and payment directly with the host — no booking fee from us.
Do I need an account to browse listings?
No — you can browse and view all listings without signing in. An account is only required to leave reviews or view your booking history.
How do I leave a review?
Sign in, open the listing page for the guesthouse you stayed at, scroll to the Reviews section, and submit your rating and comment. Reviews must be based on genuine experiences.
What if a listing looks inaccurate?
Email us at support@accolinkguesthouses.com with the listing name and details of the issue. We will investigate and update or remove it as appropriate.

For Property Hosts

How do I list my property?
Create a free account, then click List Property in the navigation. Fill in your property details — name, city, description, amenities, nightly rate, and contact number — upload photos, and submit.
Is listing free?
Yes. Listing on Accolink is completely free. We charge no commission on bookings — you deal directly with guests and keep 100% of your revenue.
How do I manage my listings and bookings?
Sign in and go to your Dashboard. From there you can view booking requests, update listing details, read guest reviews, and track views and enquiries.
Can I list more than one property?
Yes — there is no limit to the number of properties you can list under a single account.
What photo guidelines should I follow?
Upload clear, well-lit photos that accurately represent your property — including the exterior, common areas, bedrooms, and bathrooms. The first photo you upload becomes the main listing image. Misleading photos may result in your listing being removed.

Account & Technical

How do I reset my password?
On the Sign In page, click Forgot password? and enter your email. You will receive a reset link within a few minutes — check your spam folder if it does not arrive.
Why haven't I received my confirmation email?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it is not there, wait a few minutes and try signing up again with the correct email address. Contact us if the issue persists.
How do I delete my account?
Email support@accolinkguesthouses.com from the address linked to your account and request deletion. We will remove your data within 7 business days in line with our Privacy Policy.
Which browsers does Accolink support?
Accolink works on all modern browsers — Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. The site is fully responsive and works on all mobile devices.
